Jaiden Gibson Kileo Birthday 07/01/2018

Jaiden celebrates his 7th birthday this July and now is in his second year at Ubora Primary Leadership School, where currently he is in first grade.  Jaiden comes from the Chagga tribe and lives about 9Kilometers from our school. He has one brother but no sisters and lives with his parents. His father’s name is Gibson and his mother’s name is Pendo. Jaiden has a sweet smile. He loves to play soccer with his friends and is very good at getting his chores done.

Your partnership helps to provide an academically excellent Christian education and the mentoring of loving teachers to all of our students. They hear and see the love of Jesus every day.  As a co-sponsor, your contribution enables us to develop a rich curriculum for our students where they learn to think critically, and become servant leaders, able to apply their problem-solving skills throughout life.

William celebrated his 5th birthday last June 12 and now is in his third year at Ubora Primary Leadership School, where currently he is in Pre-one (Kindergarden).  William comes from the Pare tribe and lives about 7Kilometers from our school. He has no brothers but one sister and lives with his parents. His father’s name is Richard and his mother’s name is Angela. William comes from a wonderful family and has great support at home. He is very bright and with his family support will do well in school.

Gracious is a delight and warm young lady. She is now in her third year of school at Ubora Leadership Primary School and is completing the third grade. She turned 9 years old in January. Gracious is from the Muha Tribe. She lives about 10 Kilometers from our school to which she takes the bus each day. She lives with her parents along with 1 brother and 1 sister. Gracious’s father is a police officer and his name is Ezekial and her mother’s name is Rosemary. Gracious has a great smile and is a real pleasure to be around.

He lives about 3 kilometers from our school. with his mother (Sesilia) and his father (Systy). He has one brother and no sisters. Collins helps with daily chores such as tending animals, carrying water, and collecting firewood, and of course he enjoys playing with his friends.

Francis recently celebrated his 9th birthday and is grateful to be attending UPLS where he is in the fourth grade.    Francis was born into the Chagga Tribe. He lives about 2 km  from our school to which he walks each day. He lives with his grandmother and has no siblings. Francis’s father’s name is Flex and his mother’s name is Irene.  Francis works hard at school and is helpful to his grandmother at home. He loves to play soccer with the boys of the village.

Yohana lives with his aunty (his mother’s big sister), while his parents are in Tabora.  Both are farmers. Due to hard life in the village his aunty has been caring for him since he was 2 years old.  They now live at Magadini village 3kms from UBORA primary school. His mother’s name is Rejina and his fathers name is Lucas. He has three siblings Jackline, Andrew and Vanessa who  live at Tabora.  Yohana is 4 years old and a sweet young boy.

Heavenlight lives with both parents and other two siblings. Her two older siblings have their own lives with one in college She has five siblings total. Her father Jeremia is a farmer but struggling with alcohol addictions.  Her mother Maria is also a farmer and the provider for the family. They live in a single overcrowded room as their mud house has collapsed. The mother now sleeps in a small tiny bed with her three children at home while the father sleeps outside beside the fallen house. Heavenlight is four years old.

Eugene is the only child of his mother (Evanesta) and lives with his grandparents 500m from UBORA primary school.  His parents have separated and his grandparents took him in when he was 1 1/2 years old after he developed a health issue – kwashiorkor (protein malnutrition) due to poor care. His grandfather is Mosses Kaaya who used to teach at UBORA school.  Eugene is four years old and in the Ubora Preschool.

 This is an important year for Lameck in that he will be taking the standard 7 national exam which will determine where he will be able to continue his studies for secondary.
