EDUCATION
Education is at the heart of the transformation in Karansi through UBORA Leadership School. We believe that every child in the Siha District deserves a quality education and that teachers need ample resources in order to teach effectively. International teaching team volunteers come alongside their Tanzanian counterparts to mentor them in subject area content and creative teaching methods.

UBORA Leadership School consistently ranks in the top 10% of primary schools in the country
100% of 7th graders have passed the National Leaving Exam since the school opened
191 of our graduates have gone on to graduate from secondary school (2021 stats)

Raising Up Christian Leaders for Tanzania
UBORA Leadership School is the realization of Pastor Wariaeli’s vision of an English medium school in Karansi where children would receive an excellent education and learn about the love of Christ. This vision has become a reality as the school now ranks in the top 10% of all schools in Tanzania. The school is funded through the Ubora Project Child sponsorship program.
